- Is Azure the right choice for our project?
- Existing licences, governance, and network constraints influence the plan. We review them before proposing a migration sequence. We begin with your users, existing systems, expected workload, and the people maintaining the result. We discuss alternatives and dependencies before committing to the scope, so the choice follows the product’s needs.
- Can you work with our existing Azure setup?
- We review the Azure subscriptions, identity configuration, applications, networking, release processes, and relevant licences. This establishes whether the priority is a configuration improvement, a new workload, or a migration, and identifies the approvals and dependencies involved. The review findings establish a practical scope, required access, and the checks needed before changing the live product.
- How can Azure connect to our other systems?
- Supported connections to enterprise and external systems depend on identity, network access, interface availability, and permissions. We clarify which system owns the data, how access is granted, and what happens if a connection becomes unavailable. Third-party access, subscriptions, and unavailable interfaces are identified before development begins.
- How do you validate the Azure work before release?
- Checks can include identity and role behaviour, deployment consistency, application journeys, connectivity, and recovery procedures. Existing governance and licence requirements remain part of the design, with assumptions and ongoing costs made visible before release. The agreed acceptance criteria and results are recorded so your team can see what was tested and which limitations remain.
- What will our team receive, and is ongoing support included?
- Receive the agreed architecture, role and access map, network boundaries, and application dependencies. The documentation distinguishes platform access from permissions inside the product. We record the release sequence, configuration requirements, rollback considerations, and scoped migration steps. Subscription and account ownership are agreed with the people responsible for the environment. The handover includes agreed access, workflow, and environment checks, plus known limitations. Monitoring, usage costs, backup procedures, and ongoing support responsibilities are recorded within scope. Deliverables and transfer conditions follow the project agreement. Training, monitoring, maintenance, and response arrangements are included only when agreed in the support scope.
