Good questions.
Clearer next steps.
From your first idea to the team that owns the product. Explore what goes into an engagement, how decisions are made, and what to clarify before moving forward.
Getting started
The first conversation, the right expertise, and a useful starting point.
Our capabilities span product strategy, brand and interface design, web and software development, mobile applications, AI and automation, cloud infrastructure, and digital growth. An engagement can combine several disciplines when the problem calls for it. We first discuss your goals, audience, existing systems, and constraints, then propose the expertise and scope relevant to the work. The Services pages explain individual capabilities in more detail.
Scope & costs
What is included, how a proposal takes shape, and how changes are handled.
We review the goal, audience, important journeys, content, integrations, and operating constraints. The proposal should describe the deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, dependencies, and criteria for reviewing the result. If the full ambition is larger than the available budget or time, we can discuss a focused first release and keep later improvements visible in a separate plan.
Design & development
How decisions become interfaces, working systems, and reviewable outputs.
The agreed design phase can include journeys, wireframes, visual directions, and interactive prototypes. We explain the purpose of the important screens and ask for feedback against the brief and user needs. Responsive behavior, content, and key interaction states should be considered together. The number of review rounds and the approval process are defined in the scope rather than assumed to be unlimited.
Delivery & collaboration
Timelines, feedback, validation, and the decisions that lead to launch.
Timing depends on the scope, integrations, technical uncertainty, content readiness, and how quickly reviews and approvals can happen. We propose milestones around those dependencies and record the assumptions behind the schedule. A small improvement and a new software platform have different delivery needs. Share any fixed launch date early so we can discuss what is feasible before agreeing the plan.
Ownership & support
Handover, accounts, documentation, maintenance, and where to get help.
Ownership, transfer conditions, and permitted use are specified in the written agreement. We discuss the custom deliverables, repository and design-file access, and any conditions such as outstanding payment. Third-party tools, libraries, fonts, stock assets, and hosted services can remain subject to their own licences. Confirm the assets your team needs at handover before the scope is finalized.
Project-specific terms are defined in your agreement. You can also review our website policies.
