- What is included in your video design services?
- The scope can include creative direction, scripting, storyboards, style frames, motion graphics, video editing, titles, sound treatment, captions and final exports. We agree the video length, number of versions, review rounds and source-file requirements in the proposal. We serve teams in the USA and Canada remotely. On-location filming, voice talent, translation, stock footage and music licensing are included only where specified, so you can see the complete production scope before committing.
- Can you edit our existing footage or create an animated explainer?
- Yes. For an edit, we review your footage, resolution, audio quality, usage rights and the story you want to tell. For an animated explainer, we develop the message, storyboard and visual language before animation. We can also combine supplied footage with graphics, product screens and animated titles. If footage is missing or unsuitable, we discuss a revised direction or separately scoped production rather than assuming it can be repaired in editing.
- How much does a video cost, and how long does production take?
- Length is one factor, but the script, number of scenes, animation complexity, footage readiness, audio requirements, review rounds and number of final formats also affect the estimate. We provide a project-specific scope, budget and milestone schedule after reviewing your brief. Brand assets and consolidated feedback help keep the work moving. A deadline is confirmed around the actual production plan; we do not promise a universal turnaround or guaranteed campaign results.
- Which video formats, captions and social versions can you deliver?
- We plan exports for the placements you specify, such as a website, presentation, YouTube, social feed or vertical reel. That can include landscape, square and vertical versions, shorter cutdowns, an agreed resolution and codec, caption files or captions embedded in the video. Each version needs an appropriate crop and readable text; changing the aspect ratio is not always a simple resize. We agree the export list and caption-language requirements before production and check the final files against the intended use.
- How do revisions, source files and music rights work?
- The proposal sets review stages and the included revision rounds. Feedback on the script and storyboard is resolved before the edit or animation is developed; a new direction after approval may change the scope and schedule. Ownership of the finished work and editable source files is stated in the agreement. Fonts, stock footage, music and other third-party assets remain subject to their licences, including channel, territory or paid-ad restrictions. We identify those requirements and the agreed handover so your team understands how the delivered work can be reused.
