- Can you design and develop a fintech application?
- We can scope account interfaces, onboarding, transaction review, operational workspaces, and provider integrations around your product. We begin by identifying the users, regulated activities if any, external providers, and review responsibilities. The scope must distinguish interface development from services such as holding funds or processing payments; those responsibilities belong to the authorised business or provider.
- Do you connect to banking or payment providers?
- We can review and integrate provider APIs where your business has the necessary contracts and permissions. Discovery covers supported operations, authentication, test environments, rate limits, response states, and operational dependencies. Access to a provider and its approval process cannot be assumed. We agree how pending actions, declined requests, duplicates, and unavailable services are handled before implementation.
- How do you approach access control and transaction review?
- We define the actions each role may perform and where additional review or authorisation is required. The implementation can include role-based permissions, validation, activity records, and clear interfaces for approval steps. These controls are reviewed against your product requirements and threat considerations, with sensitive actions and external processing kept within their agreed system boundaries.
- Will the product meet our regulatory and compliance requirements?
- Requirements depend on your business activity, operating jurisdictions, providers, and data flows. Your legal and compliance advisers need to identify the applicable obligations and approve the relevant policies and procedures. We translate agreed requirements into reviewable product and technical work, document assumptions, and coordinate testing. We do not claim certification or regulatory approval simply because an interface has been built.
- What happens after launch?
- Handover can include code and account access, permission models, provider integration notes, state definitions, release instructions, and known limitations. We agree the owners of credentials, monitoring, incident response, and third-party dependencies. Ongoing maintenance and support are scoped separately, while new financial features or provider changes receive their own requirements and review process.
