- Can you build or redesign an online store?
- Yes. We can scope a storefront around your catalogue, brand, product information, and purchase journey. Discovery defines the platform, content model, variants, fulfilment requirements, and external providers. A redesign also needs a plan for existing products, URLs, customer accounts, and order processes so the proposed experience can be reviewed before a migration is agreed.
- Do you work with Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom commerce systems?
- We choose the platform around your requirements and review the capabilities of your current system if one exists. Provider APIs, extensions, hosting, maintenance skills, and commercial costs affect the decision. Standard platform features may cover some needs, while unusual product rules or integrations require a separately defined custom scope. We document those tradeoffs before implementation.
- Can you integrate payments, shipping, and inventory?
- We review the selected providers, supported operations, account permissions, and event flows. The integration plan records product identifiers, stock updates, checkout handoffs, order events, and fulfilment responsibilities. Payment processing belongs to the appropriate provider. Pending payments, failed events, and shipping or stock exceptions need defined handling rather than an assumed successful checkout.
- How do you make the store easier to use on mobile?
- We review product discovery, readable detail pages, variant controls, basket updates, and the checkout handoff on relevant screen sizes. Keyboard access, focus states, image delivery, loading feedback, and unavailable-item states are part of the work. Performance and usability checks use representative products and tasks, with outcomes assessed against the requirements rather than promised conversion increases.
- What will we be able to manage after launch?
- The handover scope can include product and content editing, variant guidance, provider configuration notes, order-state documentation, release instructions, code or account access, and known limitations. We identify who owns catalogue updates, fulfilment, provider fees, hosting, and maintenance. Additional integrations or ongoing support are agreed separately, with responsibilities made clear before work begins.
