Information from third-party platforms:
We may receive your contact information if you submit an inquiry through Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads, Bark, Thumbtack, Clutch, Yelp, Reviews.io, Sitejabber, Arrivala, or similar platforms. This data is received and used solely to respond to your inquiry, in accordance with those platforms' own privacy policies.
Information processed during service delivery:
For software, SaaS, dashboard, and AI automation engagements, we may process business data, user data structures, API credentials, and technical documentation provided by the client solely for the purpose of building and delivering the agreed solution. This data is treated as strictly confidential and is not used for any other purpose.

Stripe may collect and use technical data about your device and transaction to detect fraud and comply with financial regulations. This processing is governed by Stripe's terms and is separate from Valley of Digital Inc's data practices.

- Does not share credentials with unauthorised parties
- Recommends clients revoke access upon project completion
- Does not retain credentials beyond the active project engagement
Clients are responsible for changing passwords and revoking access tokens after project handoff.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this policy or as required by law. Client project data is retained for a minimum of 3 years for billing, legal, and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time subject to legal retention requirements (see Section 8).

While we take data security seriously, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to ongoing improvement of our practices.
12. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact info@valleyofdigital.com immediately and we will take prompt steps to delete it.
